Camping Site Map. ** ** Location: Dronten, The Netherlands. ** ----------------------------------------------------------- The total area of the World Jamboree campingsite will be 300 ha. (1 ha. = 100 m x 100 m). The site is divided into 15 subcamps (but where is S14??), 2 large activity-area's, 6 "market"-area's, an area for headquarters, and a Theatre. The public roads will be blocked during the Jamboree. Size of the site: about 2300 m x 2100 m (but not all land will be ours!) During the European Jamboree in 1994 probably only the subcamps in the northern part of the site will be used. (Exception: S15, the Staff-subcamp). Southern Plaza and Activity-fields will be open. Remember: This is a map made of ASCII-characters. Keeping the scale correct and the orientation of the roads with small angles with respect to the orientation of the map is very hard. The site is under constant development, so by the time you get there, you might find something completely different.
